Season 4 takes user privacy very seriously. If you have used our app and wish to have your personal data deleted, please follow the steps below.

Instructions for deleting personal data

To request deletion of your personal data:

1. Please send an email to info@4sezonai.ltwith the subject line: ‘ Data erasure request‘.
2. Include the following information in your letter:
   • Your name and surname
   • The email address associated with your account or use of the app
   • Short description of the application (optional)

Our team will review and process your request within 7 working days. Once we have done so, we will confirm that your data has been deleted.

Important information

• Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
• We may retain certain information if required to do so by legal or regulatory obligations.
