Frequently asked questions
1. What is a 4season subscription?
This is a recurring order of your favourite products. Your bank card is debited automatically every 30 days and the shipments are delivered until the subscription is cancelled.
2. What is the latest date I can edit or suspend/cancel my subscription?
Three days before the new payment is due, we’ll send you an email reminding you of your next order if you want to change to another subscription or cancel.
3. Can I temporarily suspend my subscription?
You can stop your subscription for up to 3 months, so the benefits of your subscription don’t go away. You can do this in your account in the subscription management section.
4. When will my subscription order be delivered?
If you set up automatic recurring payments, your order will be processed and dispatched the next working day after each payment is received. Delivery by post in Lithuania takes 2-3 working days.
5. How do I cancel or suspend my subscription?
Once you are logged in to your account, you can cancel or suspend your subscription in the subscription management section.
6. Can I change the delivery address or date?
You can edit the delivery address and date in your account or contact info@4sezonai.lt
7. What if a payment fails or my payment card is declined?
If the payment fails, the subscription is frozen until the payment is successful or the payment card details are updated. Please make sure that you have entered your details correctly and that your card is still valid and has sufficient funds on it.
