Delivery prices and conditions

• We usually dispatch the goods the day after payment.

• The price of delivery in Lithuania (except Curonian Spit) by “Omniva” or “LP Express” post offices – EUR 3,50 or by “Omniva” courier – EUR 6,90.

• Free pick-up is possible by arranging a pick-up time and place in Marijampolė or Kalvarija using the contact details provided.

• If you require shipping abroad or by a different shipping method than the one indicated, please write to us and we will arrange everything individually.

Delivery to post offices

• Your parcel will be delivered to the most convenient terminal for you. You can arrive at a time convenient for you.

• You will be notified by SMS and email of the arrival of your parcel at the terminal with a door-opening code (parcel pick-up code), and you can pick up your parcel within 7 days at any time of the day.

Pick-up from the terminal:

• When you receive a notification by SMS or email, please go to the designated parcel terminal.

• Touch the parcel terminal screen, select your language, then select “Pick up parcel”.

• Please enter the collection code sent to you by SMS or email.

• Pick up your parcel from the parcel terminal.

• Close the door and confirm that you have received your parcel by tapping “Confirm” on the touchscreen.

• If you wish to receive a voucher, select “Print voucher” on the screen.

Delivery by courier service

• If you want your order to be delivered to a specific address, i.e. directly to your home or workplace, please make sure you specify the exact delivery address when ordering.

• The courier will call you to arrange an exact delivery time.

• You will be notified of the delivery by SMS and email.
