Seasoning salt “Saltbars”

It is an extraordinary, high-quality salt that adds a sense of luxury and finesse to food. It is special because of its distinctive taste, unique texture and aesthetic appearance.

Himalayan salt is rich in trace elements. Minerals (including iron, magnesium and potassium) give the salt its red colour. We have added freeze-dried beetroot powder, dill, onion leaves and cucumber.

This is how this salt got the name ‘Šaltibarščių’, although it is also suitable for seasoning all other foodstuffs. It makes a great aesthetic addition to dishes (for example, when sprinkled on burrata, mozzarella cheese, avocados, salmon), as it is dusted with a bright pink, mild and aromatic salt. Its aesthetic appearance can make this salt an excellent table or kitchen decoration. The grinder is made of thick, high-quality plastic, so it looks like glass and the added spices stay fresh longer.

Ingredients: coarse pink Himalayan salt, freeze-dried beetroot powder, freeze-dried cucumber, freeze-dried onion leaves, freeze-dried dill.

Net weight: 75 g (the weight may vary by a few grams, as the addition of more freeze-dried products decreases the total weight and the addition of more salt increases the total weight).
