Cancellation policy
Some of the products in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre-order or “try before you buy”. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
You will receive repeat deliveries when you buy a subscription. These will depend on the length and frequency of the subscription you have chosen.
Your payment details will be securely stored and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew on expiry. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to change or cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. You will find links to your order in your order confirmation emails and you can manage your subscription from there.

Advance bookings
When you pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or yet to be available. We may not take any payment at the time of checkout, or we may take a partial deposit, save your payment method, and the remaining amount will be charged and the order will be fulfilled at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Please see our refund policy for more information.
“Try before you buy”
When you purchase an item under the “try before you buy” offer, we authorise your payment method before the order is processed. You will be given a certain period of time to decide whether you want to keep the product. At the end of this period, if you do not return the item, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
