Privacy Policy

As detailed in this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), we respect your right to privacy and the security of your personal data, which we protect and ensure through the fair and lawful processing and maintenance of the personal data you provide. It is our policy to respect your privacy with respect to any information we may collect from you on our website https://4sezonai.lt and other social media accounts we manage.

All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the requirements for processing personal data set out in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts related to the protection of personal data, the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data / GDPR).

Definitions

The data controller is Albertas Zigmanta (hereinafter referred to as 4sezonai.lt), individual activity certificate No.1100711, e-mail address – info@4sezonai.lt, who is also the Seller.

Data processor – service providers who provide services and process your data on behalf of Alberto Zigmantas as the data controller. The processors have the right to process personal data only on our instructions and only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of their contractual obligations.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, a personal identification number, location data and an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the natural person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Processing of personal data shall mean any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, such as collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, aggregation, alteration (addition or rectification), communication, disclosure, use, logical and/or arithmetical operations, retrieval, dissemination, destruction, or any other operation or set of operations.

Cookies are short pieces of text information that websites transmit to the computers or other devices of users who browse them. Depending on your browser, this information is stored either in small individual files or in a common file of cookies stored by different websites.

Buyer – a natural or legal person who buys goods from the Seller.

1. General provisions.

1.1. The processing of the Buyer’s personal data shall be governed by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the GDPR and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data, as well as this Privacy Policy.

1.2. Customer data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes and processed fairly and accurately.

2. Processing of personal data

2.1. The Customer agrees to the processing of the personal data that he/she voluntarily provides at the time of ordering in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2.2. The Buyer has the right to access his/her personal data and the right to request the rectification or removal of any incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate or inaccurate personal data by sending an email to info@4sezonai.lt. In this case, the Seller shall comply with the Buyer’s request (within 7 working days at the latest).

2.3. The Data Controller recognises and respects the right to privacy of every Customer who places an order in the 4sezonai.lt online shop. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information provided at the time of ordering in the online shop) for the purpose of processing orders for goods or services or for the performance of other contractual obligations. From time to time, we will write to you with information about product offers and additional products through email communication. You will also be able to indicate at the time of ordering goods whether you wish to receive such communications. In addition, each time you receive an e-mail you will have the opportunity to indicate that you no longer wish to receive our direct marketing offers.

2.4. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller’s partners providing delivery or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.5. Personal data shall be processed using secure measures to protect such data against unlawful destruction, disclosure or other unauthorised acts.

2.6. Individuals who have consented to the use of their personal data for direct marketing purposes are stored in an active database and used for direct marketing purposes.

2.7. In the case of the purchase of gift vouchers, the following data is processed: the name of the Buyer, the value of the gift voucher, the Buyer’s e-mail address, the Buyer’s telephone number, the expiry date of the gift voucher, and the billing details.

2.8. Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:

2.8.1 to provide the products and services you wish to purchase. We use the data to process your orders for goods, to resolve issues related to the provision or delivery of goods, and to comply with other contractual or legal obligations of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU;

2.8.2 contact you if there is any change to the delivery time or other information relating to your order. These communications are not for marketing purposes and cannot be refused.

2.9 Consent to the use of personal data can only be given by persons aged 16 years or older. For younger children, the consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian is required.

3. Collection of personal data

3.1. We process your personal data in order to administer your purchase process in the 4sezonai.lt online shop. To register on the 4sezonai.lt website and create an account, you must be sure to provide your name and email address.

To make a purchase at 4sezonai.lt online shop, you must provide the following information:

⚬ delivery address;

⚬ payment details (including but not limited to bank account number);

⚬ ip address;

⚬ Gender;

⚬ purchase history;

⚬ Date of birth.

3.2. It is up to you to decide what to disclose. If you decide not to disclose your data, you will lose access to some of the resources of the 4sezonai.lt online shop. Users who choose not to subscribe to free newsletters will not receive information about discounts and other important information. If you do not provide the necessary personal data, you will not be able to proceed with the purchase process and we will not be able to sell you goods or services.

3.3. 4sezonai.lt receives personal data from data subjects themselves. All such personal data is obtained only with the consent of the individual. During the purchase process, by registering on the 4sezonai.lt online shop, you confirm that the personal data you have provided is accurate and correct and that you are at least 16 years old.

4. Changes to the Rules

4.1. The Data Controller has the right to amend the Privacy Policy in part or in full.

4.2. Amendments or changes to the Privacy Policy shall come into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the day they appear in the 4sezonai.lt online shop.

4.3. If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Privacy Policy, he/she has the right to withdraw from it in writing.

4.4. If the Customer continues to use the services provided by the Online Shop after the addition or modification of the Privacy Policy, the Customer shall be deemed to accept the new version.

5. Presentation and transmission of information

5.1. All notifications relating to the processing of personal data shall be made to the Data Controller by e-mail: info@4sezonai.lt.

5.2. The Data Controller shall reply in the same form in which the notification or claim was received.

6. Cookies (cookies)

6.1. A cookie is a small text document with a unique identification number that is transmitted from a website to a person’s computer to distinguish between the person’s computer and browser type and to see the person’s online activity. The unique number identifies a person’s browser each time the person visits a website. Cookies do not allow personal information (such as a person’s name and address) to be remembered. Websites use cookies to keep statistics, such as the number of times a person visits a website and the traffic. Such information is not linked to personal information. A person may disable the use of cookies at any time, but without cookies some features of the 4sezonai.lt website may not function or may not function properly.

6.2. Purposes of using cookies

6.2.1. For the creation of a shopping cart (for the website’s core business) and for the calculation of website visitor statistics. When using the website, the customer may be required to register in order to order furniture. In this case, the customer will be asked to provide personal data (such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.). The Data Controller shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to use in any lawful manner all information and data provided by the person, whether through registration or otherwise. A cookie for the creation of a shopping cart is created when the user uploads items to the shopping cart and is deleted when the user closes (logs out) the website window (ends the session).

6.4. You can allow or refuse the recording of cookies. 6.5. The data subject’s consent is not required if cookies are used on the website of the online shop to create a shopping cart for the goods selected by the Customer, etc.

6.6. No personal customer data is collected through cookies.

6.7. No information is provided to any third party during the recording of the necessary cookies.

7. Your rights

7.1. You have the right to:

7.1.1. to know (be informed) about the processing of your data (right to know);

7.1.2. to know your data and how they are processed (right of access);

7.1.3. require rectification or, taking into account the purposes of the processing of the personal data, completion of incomplete personal data (right of rectification);

7.1.4. to have your data erased or to stop the processing of your data (except for storage) (right to erasure and right to be forgotten);

7.1.5. require the Data Controller to restrict the processing of personal data on one of the legitimate grounds (right to restrict);

7.1.6. the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data or to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal of consent.

7.2. The Buyer, in order to make a request concerning the personal data collected and used about him/her, shall have the right to receive it only by submitting a request to info@4sezonai.lt., which, upon receipt of an enquiry from the data subject concerning the processing of his/her personal data, shall reply as to whether the personal data concerning him/her are being processed and shall provide the data subject with the requested data no later than within 30 calendar days from the day of the data subject’s enquiry, taking into account the specific circumstances of the processing of personal data. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, depending on the complexity and number of the request(s).

8. Changing the Privacy Policy

8.1. The Data Controller shall have the right to amend the Privacy Policy in whole or in part by notifying the 4sezonai.lt online store, and such amendments or changes shall become effective from the moment of their publication on the 4sezonai.lt online store.

8.2. If the Customer continues to use the services provided by the e-shop after the changes have been made, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the new version of the Privacy Policy.

8.3. The Buyer may refuse the new version of the Privacy Policy by submitting a free-form objection to info@4sezonai.lt.
