Our main goal is to have the same quality of produce as we have fresh, in season.

Just as we don’t buy strawberries that have rotted, they must not be present in freeze-dried products. Freeze-dried products do not change their shape, volume, taste or flavour.  

We carefully select, prepare and pack the final product ourselves, but if there’s something in your order that we didn’t notice, we’ll reimburse you.

If you find faulty products within 14 days of purchase, please take a photo of them, fill in the form below and we will do our best not to disappoint you.
