Preparation
- Leave the butter at room temperature for about 3 hours before cooking.
- Beat the butter and whipping cream until smooth.
- Add freeze-dried garlic powder, freeze-dried dill, freeze-dried parsley, salt and syrup.
- Stir everything together and taste.
Notes
- The prepared soft butter can be conveniently poured into smaller moulds and stored in the fridge or in the pantry.
