This spice butter is a great way to add more flavour and aroma to dishes. It's easy to prepare in just a few minutes and goes perfectly with fresh bread, roasted vegetables or even steaks.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Sweet cream butter
  • 30 g Whipping cream
  • 1 a.s. Freeze-dried garlic powder
  • 2 a.s. Freeze-dried dill
  • 1 a.s. Freeze-dried parsley
  • 1 Pinch Seasoning salts
  • 0,5 a. A teaspoon of agave syrup/honey/maple syrup

Preparation
 

  1. Leave the butter at room temperature for about 3 hours before cooking.
  2. Beat the butter and whipping cream until smooth.
  3. Add freeze-dried garlic powder, freeze-dried dill, freeze-dried parsley, salt and syrup.
  4. Stir everything together and taste.

Notes

  • The prepared soft butter can be conveniently poured into smaller moulds and stored in the fridge or in the pantry.
With just a few ingredients and a little creativity, your dishes take on new flavours! Season your butter with freeze-dried spices and give your dishes a more intense flavour.
